Patagonia Party 2008 - Days 4-7


Friday, Dec 19th

There is something completely satisfying about eating food that is 100% fresh. And more than fresh, but also freshly made by hand. Last night we helped pick the potatoes and peas for the soup and this morning we went into the chicken coup to get the eggs for our omelets. Since arriving in Chile we haven't had a meal without fresh Avocado...I love this place.

Sunrise was a welcome relief. Anticipating a difficult bus ride to Bariloche, I pulled an allnighter on Monday and got the kids out of bed at 6am to take a quick taxi ride to Tres Cruces bus terminal in Montevideo.

Obama should not be the next President.

Bill Clinton said it best.
He called Obama's campaign a 'fairtale'.
And he knows better than anyone else.

Clinton himself never should have become president. He was a no-name young governor from Arkansas.
And, likewise, Obama, is a no-name, freshman senator from Chicago should not be the next President.
